ReplyDeleteIt’s Shannon again from the Summer Learning Journey.
Ka pai on your haiku poem. What a great topic you chose to write it on. I love berries in summer! My Dad grows delicious berries in our garden too. I have to race him to get the ripe red berries because if we’re not quick the birds get them.
Sometimes my Mum cuts the berries up and adds icing sugar to them, then we eat them with whipped cream and ice cream. If we have enough we make yummy jam. What is your favourite way to eat them? Do you have trouble with the birds eating them too?
Ka pai Jack.
Ka kite anō,
